The chess board is the canvas for our greatest moments of success.
Chess is a skill that can be taught, but it is a passion that has to be cultivated and mastered.
That’s the message from a new book that takes you from the first round to the grand slam to the final round to get you the best chance at victory.
“In Chess,” by Chris Poynter, is a new memoir of a former pro player who has spent the past 20 years playing the game and has developed the analytical skills that have made him one of the world’s most successful chess players.
In it, Poynnter details his journey to becoming a master of chess from the time he was a teenager to the time of his retirement.
In a recent interview with USA Today, Puyal, who is currently an assistant professor of English at the University of Texas at Austin, said the book was a chance to share his journey with others.
“I thought I could use this opportunity to help other young chess players out there,” Puyenter said.
“The book is a collection of insights and experiences from players like me who have been able to put the knowledge and the skills they’ve gained in chess into practice.”
Puyanter, a native of New Jersey, said that he has been able through years of chess practice to understand the fundamentals of the game.
“A lot of what I’ve learned in chess is from watching the games,” he said.
Puyany said the game is not about getting ahead of yourself.
“Playing chess is not a test,” he explained.
“It’s about being able to think logically, play in a consistent manner and be confident in your play.
“But the best chess players are the ones who can think strategically and play in consistent fashion. “
For me, I love to win,” he added.
“There are moments in a game when it’s time to play out your endgame. “
If you play that way, you can come out with a big win.” “

Poyanter’s chess book comes at a time when the game of chess is being transformed.
It is now viewed as a more strategic and strategic-minded game that requires more strategic thinking and more focus.
In this way, chess is undergoing a renaissance, said Poynanter.
“We’re going through a big transformation, and I think that chess has the potential to become a lot more like other sports,” he continued.
If the goal is to win, then you can’t be a good chess player unless you are adapting to changing up your play,” he noted. “
When you change up a strategy, you need to learn how to adapt your play and the way you move.

Poyner is one of many former pro players who have joined forces with authors, like Mark Twain and John Updike, to create books like this one.
“This book is very personal,” Poyson said.
The book is available on Amazon and other online retailers.
