Wladislav Klitschlo has confirmed that he has signed a contract with Polish outfit Bielice.
Klitschlo will make his first appearance for the Polish team since he was suspended from the WBC after a test positive for a banned substance.
“We have signed a long-term contract with Bielices, it’s a club which will allow me to fulfil my footballing ambitions and be part of the team for many years to come,” Klitschmo said.
“I can say with confidence that I will continue my football career in Poland.”
The 32-year-old will join fellow Polish champions, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Anthony Joshua in the squad.
He will face Tomasz Karajan in the semi-finals of the European Championship next month.
Bielice, who also played for WBA and WBA/CZ champion Wladyslaw Milosz in the Polish league, have a history of success in the past and Klitschloo’s arrival should help the club in their pursuit of a Champions League qualification spot.
Bologna beat fellow Italian side Bologna in the Europa League last season.
